How to delete your Suppo account and all associated data

Delete from the App

  1. Open the Suppo app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (bottom tab bar)
  3. Tap your profile card at the top to open Account Info
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted
What gets deleted: Your account, all supplements, time groups, consumption logs, and any stored photos will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at suppo.app.contact@gmail.com.

Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in with Facebook, deleting your Suppo account will remove all data associated with your Facebook identity from our systems. You can also revoke Suppo's access from your Facebook App Settings.
